Laptops, Chromebooks, and Chargers (Oh My!)

  3. Click on “Equipment”

  5. Find the correct laptop or Chromebook number. Make sure that device doesn’t have any reservations in the near future
  6. Click today’s date (if the student is checking it out that day). The due date will automatically be filled in

  9. Click “Add Booking”
  10. A pop-up will appear confirming that the device has been reserved. If the student is checking it out that day, hit “Check out now” and they are good to go!

Remember: You MUST check out a device charger along with the Chromebook or laptop!! Follow the same steps, but switch the device category to “Device Chargers.” Chromebook charger numbers should correspond with the Chromebook number and are housed in the Chromebook cart. Laptop chargers are kept behind the circulation desk.
