Finding Library Resources

The Library Catalog

Searching the library catalog allows you to search for books, either in print or electronically.

  • There is no limit to the number of books you can check out at one time.
  • Books check out for 28 days.
  • All of our eBooks are available 24/7 online.
  • When requesting titles through MOBIUS, you just need your name and your unique ID, which is your Park ID number, followed by the letters "PU" for Park University.

Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary loan is a service offered by Park in which you request materials that the library doesn’t have access to through our own collection, usually at no cost to the person making the request. This service is available to anyone affiliated with Park University, including campus center and online students. Most requested articles are sent within days via email.  Need a book or article? Click here to make your request.

Pirate Search

When searching for resources, you have a few different options.

  • General Searching: A great option for searching multiple databases at one time is Pirate Search. Pirate Search is an EBSCO Discovery Service that allows you to search for books, eBooks, and articles (both scholarly and non-scholarly) all in one place.
  • Searching by subject: Want to look for articles in a specific subject area, like Criminal Justice or Psychology?  Check out the library's discipline-specific research guides, that provide suggested databases and more. Click here to check out Park's subject guides.
