Services for Students: How to Get Help

Services and Resources Available

All of our services are available remotely:

• Speak with a librarian online via Zoom, chat, or email.
• Chat services are available nearly 24 hours per day, 7 days per week during Fall, Spring, and Summer terms.
• You can also call us at 800-270-4347 during hours the Park University Library staff are available. 

Books:

• Over 95% of our collections are online.
• Students who wish to check out a physical book and are not in the Kansas City area can have books mailed to them; we pay postage both ways.

Research:

• Research tools and library catalogs are available.
• You will find Library Guides within the Canvas shells of most of your courses. These guides can help you get started.
