Huddle Rooms
Located on first floor Norrington center, just before the Learning Lab. Equipped with charging stations, a whiteboard wall, and a mini PC with a large viewing screen.
Reserve a Huddle Room- We recommend that students/staff and faculty who would like to use the huddle rooms reserve a space either on the online booking form, or using the tablet located outside of the study rooms.
- Huddle room time slots do not have to be booked in advance.
- While students are not required to book the space to use it, priority will go to students who have done so.
- There is a 4 hour daily booking limit for each student (Up to two 2-hour sessions). Reservations that exceed this limit will be deleted.
- The huddle rooms are for study and collaborative use. If you intend to leave the building during your reserved time slot, please take your personal items with you. Items that have been left unattended in the huddle rooms for more than 30 minutes will be removed and either placed in the lost and found or taken to campus safety.
- If you do not intend to use the huddle room for a time window that you’ve booked, please either cancel your reservation or inform the student worker at the desk.
- Food and drink are allowed in the Huddle rooms, but students are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Please be sure to throw away all trash. If an accident or spill occurs and you need help cleaning it up, please reach out to the student worker at the desk.
- Please ask for a window screen from the information desk if you decide to open the windows. (If we open the windows without a screen, the local insect life takes that as a personal invitation, and as much as the Park University Library staff is a proponent for saving the bees, we’ve learned they aren’t terribly bothered about respecting the LibCal reservations.)
- Pets are not allowed in the library, this includes the study rooms.
- Vaping and smoking are also not allowed in the library, this includes the study rooms.

The Learning Lab
The Learning Lab is housed in Norrington Center, next to the huddle rooms. Student organizations and faculty are able to reserve the room through student life.
